Self-exclusion

Email us from your registered address and tell us how long you want to stop. Choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent. Requests made through live chat are not actioned.

While you are excluded

Linked accounts are closed too, deposits, games and offers stop, and your balance stays put until reactivation. Opening a new account can lead to a permanent ban.

When it ends

A timed exclusion runs to the end, then we email you and reactivate the account unless we believe a gambling problem remains. A permanent exclusion can be lifted in writing, with reactivation after 7 days.

Limits and help

Deposit and time limits keep your play in check, though they do not apply to crypto deposits. Free help is available from Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous and BeGambleAware, which also offers a self-test.
